Senior Operations Data Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst who thrives on using data to solve complex problems and drive meaningful business impact. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in elevating performance across multiple teams by:

• Delivering actionable data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
• Leveraging AI tools and enablement to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Building strategic business cases that support growth and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT SPLASH:

• Analyze complex operational and business datasets to uncover insights and trends.
• Build dashboards, reports, and models that enable better decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Develop and present clear, compelling business cases that drive strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable AI-driven process improvements.
• Identify performance gaps, create hypotheses, and validate solutions with data.
• Provide recommendations that influence business strategy, growth, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPLASH:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role, ideally in fintech, financial services, or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Python, or other programming languages for data analysis.
• Experience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

COMPENSATION:

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 to $135,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
