What you will do:
Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics like activation, engagement, and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to define and test growth hypotheses

The ideal candidate:
Possesses proven experience in growth design, with a strong portfolio
Demonstrates deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing
Is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and has strong communication skills
