As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead mid‑sized, cross‑functional projects and programs from initial planning through final delivery. As a Senior Project Manager in our Hydrostatics Organization, you will have the opportunity to drive projects that deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and directly impact our success. You will lead cross-functional teams in bringing hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to life, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.What You'll Be Doing

Lead mid-sized projects and programs from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring they align with our business strategy and customer needs.Develop and maintain clear project schedules, focusing on on-time delivery and upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Manage project scope, timelines, and financial performance, using data-driven tracking and risk management to ensure successful outcomes.Foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment, guiding your team to achieve project goals and deliver predictable integrations.Communicate progress and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.What We're Looking For

A bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management.6+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in leading mid-sized projects.Practical experience with product development and Stage-Gate processes.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS SharePoint.Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear project requirements.A strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems is a plus, as is knowledge of off-road applications.Able to work in the US, both now and in the future, without sponsorship.What You'll Get from Us
