Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (PM) to plan and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on-time by designating resources, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed along the way. Primary responsibilities include:

• Determining and defining project scope and objectives; revising, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and timelines
• Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective manner
• Providing project updates/facilitating team meetings on a consistent basis (and to various stakeholders, as needed)
• Developing comprehensive training materials and facilitating effective training to ensure all teammates are proficient in the project management platform
• Identifying and utilizing best practices, techniques and standards throughout project execution
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor projects, tasks, timelines and resource allocation
• Implementing a standardized file structure to promote team efficiency, ensure version control, enable quick file retrieval throughout project lifecycle and promote collaboration across project stakeholders
• Identify potential risks, assess their impact and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure related to projects
• Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner
• Prepare budget and track project costs
• Measure performance to identify areas of improvement.

This position will be a hybrid role (3 days in office/ 2 days remote) and is located in our home office in Sarasota, FL or one of our regional offices in Lake Mary, FL, Lawrenceville, GA or Richardson, TX.

The salary range for this position is $83,080-$127,945 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
