Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $62,000.00 - $73,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to support related business units in achieving the Bank's primary business goals related to real estate and construction project management. This job facilitates the processes and procedures required to provide effective project management services to meet project commitments and deliverables.
Essential Functions
Analyze, manage and process all corporate real estate tax assessments
Provide regular tax reports / status updates to senior management
Complete yearly real estate tax budget for submission to corporate procurement and finance teams
Facilitate, plan and lead process for ongoing review of annual construction project portfolio and all real estate transactional activity (i.e. Real Estate Committee Meetings) as well as all construction projects
Manage and analyze construction project payment processing and budget tracking for the corporate construction and design team, including managing project related requests from various other business units
Manage, plan, update and administer the department's computer aided real estate administration system (Archibus)
Provide overarching general and specific guidance, instruction and technical expertise for the business unit to include recommendations on efficiency improvements
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Strong familiarity with commonly used construction and real estate concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts
Strong knowledge of real estate administration system, including Archibus
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
6+ years real estate and/or construction administration experience required
Project management experience preferred
Position may be filled in Kansas City or St Louis | Hybrid/Onsite 3 days a week

At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $62,000 to $73,000 annually.
