The Senior Risk Manager of Global Insurance is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and oversight of insurance programs across the Company's international operations. This role ensures comprehensive coverage of operational risks and provides analytical support for claims management. Success requires strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with keen attention to detail to maintain compliance, optimize risk strategies, and deliver exceptional service.

What it takes:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Industry certifications such as Associate in Risk Management or Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (desired)
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
