Job Description
Onsite in North Bethesda, MDCertifications Required:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- AWS Solution Architect Professional
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 or more years of experience
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Recommend and help define policies and protocols that lead to efficient operations and improve the integrity of the systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documents, including internal policies, procedures and build instructions.
- May be expected to develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently.
