Senior Tax Accounting Manager

Senior Tax Manager We're a Westwood tax firm looking for an experienced tax manager to join our office. This is a full time position during the tax season with the potential for part time (2 - 3 days) in the off season. This position is ideal for the tax professional who is looking for flexibility after the season is over. Our company also has a reimbursement policy for continuing education, PTIN, and license renewals. Requirements: Experience conducting tax interviews with clients and providing feedback Proficient in Lacerte Prepare Individual, Business, and Fiduciary Tax Returns 5 years of experience Excellent Computer Skills Analytical Skills CPA, EA, or CTEC with valid PTIN General knowledge of current tax laws and credits Must be punctual, reliable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Software Used Intuit Lacerte software Intuit QuickBooks software Trial Balance CS RIA tax research Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Office Tools Education and Experience Years of Experience: 5 Education: Bachelor's Degree Degree or Formal Training: Accounting License, Certificate Or Registration: CPA Additional Information Required: 5 years management experience within a tax and accounting office Required license or certification: CPA Salary: DOE
