Tax Senior Manager

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 base, plus 10–25% bonus potential.
Position Overview:The Tax Senior Manager will manage client relationships, oversee high-level projects, and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, while contributing to firm growth in key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client engagements and foster strong relationships.
Advise on tax planning, advisory, and compliance.
Mentor tax professionals and develop team expertise.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant tax leadership experience.
CPA, EA, or similar credential required.
