Job Description
- Spearhead end-to-end hiring using advanced AI tools within cloud environments.
- Design the recruitment technology stack, implement automation workflows, and ensure seamless ERP integration for all talent acquisition processes.
- Architect and structure a next-generation job portal, including modules for applications, resume parsing, chatbots, scheduling, and analytics.
- Build and maintain API bridges between the job portal, HRMS/ERP platforms, and external job boards.
- Analyze hiring data and metrics to continuously optimize AI sourcing strategies.
- Ensure robust security frameworks, role-based access, and complete audit logging across integrated systems.
- Design and integrate a full-feature Applicant Tracking System (ATS) into the ERP ecosystem.
- Implement AI/ML models for candidate screening, ranking, and predicting job-fit scores.
- Manage integrations with Outlook/Google Calendar, technical assessment tools, payroll systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Ensure GDPR, EEOC, and data-privacy compliance across all recruitment technology operations.
