Oaktree is seeking a Senior Vice President, Digital Product Management to serve as a strategic leader responsible for advancing Oaktree Capital’s investment and client platforms that enable the firm’s global business development teams to win, serve, and delight clients. This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of integrated technology and data capabilities that enhance how Oaktree presents investment insights, manages portfolios, and delivers an exceptional client experience across public and private markets.
Partnering closely with business development, investor relations, investment, and technology leaders, the SVP will ensure Oaktree’s platforms are differentiated, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s growth objectives. The successful candidate will combine deep product leadership experience with a strong understanding of institutional investment management, data-driven storytelling, and client engagement. This role heavily utilizes Salesforce as a key solutions platform, so strategic solutions mindset within the Salesforce ecosystem is critical.
This is a high-visibility role that blends strategic direction with operational excellence—bridging the gap between investment expertise and client impact. The SVP will champion innovation in how Oaktree leverages its investment data, analytics, and digital tools to strengthen relationships and deliver superior outcomes for clients worldwide.

Base Salary Range
$200,000-$225,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
