Job Description
- Maintaining, revising and monitoring field team schedules
- Reviewing and uploading inspection documents to the appropriate authorities
- Maintain third party reporting requirements
- Qualifying deficiencies to assist sales team in quoting
- Invoicing completed work for all areas of the service department
- New customer set up and continual customer data management
- Initiating inspection permit renewals
- Permit filing
- Collection calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prior service coordination experience in the fire protection or construction industry is preferred
- Service Trade, Inspect Point or experience using a similar service work scheduling software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities with ease and success
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
- Basic computer knowledge and usage required
