What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Manager / Service Leader, you’ll take ownership of the service operation and lead from the front:

• Deliver a 5-star CDJR customer experience
• Coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing service advisor and technician team
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and daily operations
• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability
• Maintain strong manufacturer relationships and standards
• Ensure compliance with all safety, state, and federal regulations
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for leadership
• Build a culture where customers return—and employees stay

This Role Is a Strong Fit If You:

• Have CDJR dealership experience (Service Advisor or Service Manager preferred)
• Are a results-driven leader with high energy and accountability
• Love taking care of customers and building winning teams
• Have proven success in a retail or dealership service environment
• Can lead a department to consistent performance and CSI excellence
• Are comfortable with dealer software and basic MS Office tools
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• HS Diploma required (college degree, ASE, or manufacturer certifications are a plus)
