Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bathroom remodeling or similar trades, light plumbing, & carpentry, be committed to quality workmanship, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing service and warranty work, minor repairs, and ensuring the job site remains clean and organized.Responsibilities
- Complete service and warranty work on bathroom installations (walk-in showers, tubs, etc.)
- Assist with minor remodeling and repair tasks
- Conduct assessments of installed products and provide feedback
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide top-tier service
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during service appointments
- Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams for seamless job completion
- Qualifications
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed
