Service Technician-Special Projects

Duties and Responsibilities:Complete assigned equipment installs in designated locationsAssists in warehouse prep of equipment for installsResponds to assigned service calls for equipment repairs in a timely matterCommunicates with supervisor and team to efficiently manage assignmentsTroubleshoots gaming devices and repair as neededManages inventory of the route vehicle to ensure parts are available when neededInteracts with clerks, management, and customers to solve issues as they ariseCompletes all necessary documentation for device entry and logsPerforms auditing and diagnostic work on equipmentDelivers product from company location to customer locationsQualifications:Minimum of one to three years relevant experience.Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage prioritiesand workflow.Proficient with basic PC skillsMust be 21 years of ageMust pass a background checkMust be able to pass a drug testValid driver’s licenseClean driving recordMust have a flexible work schedule availability, some evenings and weekendsPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Frequently required to standFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityFrequently required to talk or hearFrequently required to lift/push lightweights up to 300 lbs.Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, or use a keyboardFrequently required to drive over 150 miles in a given day
