This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to high-quality architectural sheet metal production in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone who is motivated and ready to learn!Key Responsibilities:

Program and operate CNC folding and shearing machines to fabricate light gauge architectural sheet metal components.
Solder and work with various metals with precision and care.
Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to unload deliveries and manage material handling using a forklift.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
Flexibly support additional tasks and duties as needed to meet team goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating computerized metal folding and shearing equipment, preferred.
Solder and work with various metals with precision and care, preferred.
Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate effectively.
Basic mathematical skills required; ability to take accurate measurements and read technical drawings is a plus.
Previous experience in the architectural, construction, or design industry preferred.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Forklift certification is a plus; training is available.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Wage Range: $23-25/hour plus additional benefits. In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
