Shift Manager Ellsworth Express (Retail/Gas)

Job Description

Shift management of retail store operations assisting in planning, managing and dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting and reordering of goods. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Store hours from: Mon - Fri 0530 - 2130, Sat/Sun 0930-1830.

Job Qualifications

• Starting wage of $20.40hr.
• Flexible Full-time availability, rotating weekends. Closing shift availability preferred.
• Must be 21yrs old to be considered
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
• Able to take initiative
• Able to share brand knowledge
• Able to lead teams to meet organizational objectives

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Previous retail supervisory experience preferred
