Shipping and Receiving Specialist

• Will require lifting packages up to and over 75 lbs
• Establish excellent ‘Can do’ relationships with inside team members and shippers
• Maintaining inventories for all orders that are in processing
• Preparing all shipments for pickup in regard to strapping, banding, and wrapping
• Packaging all outbound orders for ground shipments
• Loading and unloading all inbound and outbound freight on trucks
• Scheduling of all outbound freight shipments on online portals or via email/phone calls to carriers or 3PLs.
• Setting up shipping for multiple TRIVACO locations via email and phone
• Handling all appropriate paperwork regarding shipments, including BOLs, packing slips, etc.

• Minimum of 2 years shipping and receiving experience
• Computer skills and typing proficient
• Able to multi-task with unexpected interruptions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and precision to assure standards are met timely

• Must be able to reliably commute to Hebron, KY 41048, or be willing to relocate prior to start date
