Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shuttle Operation- Operate, on a scheduled basis, a CCHMC shuttle Bus or any other CCHMC vehicle. Provide transportation to and from off-site parking and between campus and off campus sites.

  • Customer Service- Meet and exceed expectations through consistent delivery of customer service to passengers and visitors.

  • Vehicle Maintenance- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Ensure work areas are organized and present a safe, accessible, effective and efficient environment. Provide a safe and smooth shuttle experience for employees and visitors.

  • Special Assignments- Perform other driving duties as needed for Joint Commission visits, Re-entry outings for re-hab patients, and Mobile Care Clinics.

  • Compliance- Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations involved within the Commercial Driver Licensure.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

  • Maintain current DOT physical card AND valid Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement
