Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Runs the day-to-day operations of the ski & snowboard school
- Primarily responsible for adult ski and snowboard lessons, assisting with other programs as needed
- Hire, train, and coach instructors
- Scheduling and time sheets
- Coordinate with other departments to create a seamless experience with lessons and programs
- Reporting and tracking of ski school performance
- Provides exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff
- Resolves guest and employee issues as needed with professionalism
- Properly utilizes department tools and software for the structure and organization of lessons
- Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance - including seasonal performance reviews
- Mentors and assists in the development and training of future leaders
