Job Description
Job Title: Skilled Labor Worker – 1st Shift
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labor Worker to join our first-shift team. This role requires hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, painting, and general equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Schedule:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
Overtime may be required as needed
Pay:
Starting pay: $19.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks in accordance with safety and quality standards
Fabricate metal parts and components
Paint finished products as required
Inspect, troubleshoot, and assist with repairs of equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Welding certification required
Experience with metal fabrication and industrial painting
General mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic equipment repairs
Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
