Job Description
We’re hiring a Smart Home Project Manager / Estimator to manage residential technology and home integration projects from estimating through installation. This role combines project coordination, cost estimating, and technical oversight to deliver seamless smart home systems.
What You’ll Do
- Manage smart home and low-voltage integration projects from preconstruction through completion
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and scopes for AV, automation, lighting control, and security systems
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and equipment procurement
- Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and installation progress
- Communicate with homeowners, builders, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations
Requirements
- Experience in smart home integration, low-voltage systems, or AV project management
- Strong estimating, project coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with home automation, networking, and control systems preferred
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
