Job Description
The SmartCare Advisor is responsible for the overall post-live partnership with the client, ensuring proactive Dayforce and other HCM system maintenance including WFM optimization, client communication and support. This role is designed for a creative, collaborative, Dayforce-savvy professional who excels at guiding WFM solutions and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Configure and update the Dayforce WFM function, including troubleshooting post go-live issues.
Monitor and analyze HCM system performance and process flows for optimal efficiency.
Share knowledge with internal teams and external clients through training and collaboration.
Manage client inquiries by providing timely triage, escalation, and resolution.
Lead client meetings to uncover process gaps and recommend improvements.
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met.
Create and deliver professional resources, such as templates, forms, and communications.
Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support to enhance client satisfaction.
Guide consultative discussions on business processes, best practices, and technical solutions.
Stay current on system functionality, upgrades, compliance changes, and HCM best practices.
Collaborate with your team in a positive, innovative, and customer-focused environment.
Participate in quarterly client “lunch and learn” sessions.
Deliver at least one team training session each year.
