Position Summary

ECPI University is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our social presence across all ECPI University and affiliate brands.

The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller who can connect with audiences across multiple platforms, manage brand voice consistently, and drive measurable engagement. This role also includes expanding our influencer marketing strategy to reach new audiences and amplify our message.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of ECPI University and affiliate brand social media channels.
• Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (copy, graphics, video, stories, reels, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams, faculty, students, and alumni to showcase the ECPI experience.
• Monitor trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Build and manage an influencer and ambassador strategy to expand reach and engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data to refine strategies.
• Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Strong content creation skills (writing, photography, video, editing).
• Experience with influencer marketing strategy and partnerships.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and social media management platforms.
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
