Job Description

This intermediate position will adhere to company standards for data definitions and structure, functional interface design, and user interface design while performing a variety of activities. Someone in this position will document requirements in Team Foundation Server, work with developers to meet project requirements within project constraints, create and maintain Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Indexes, Views, Joins and T-SQL code for new and existing applications, and extract and manipulate data from multiple data sources and integrate them into a data set or structure. In addition, this position is responsible for analyzing large data sets, designing, testing, and implementing solutions using MS SQL, designing and developing solutions to meet business needs, interfacing with team members, and documenting business requirements. Work is performed under general supervision.Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Software Analyst II to join our team. This position will be responsible for the administration and support of our document imaging systems, as well as contributing to development and integration efforts using SQL and C#. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for technology, and experience working with enterprise applications and data.
Education Requirements and Work Experience
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on software analysis and system administration.
- Experience in administering document imaging systems (e.g., OnBase, Laserfiche, Hyland, or similar).

- Administer and maintain document imaging systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity. This includes managing user access, system configurations, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software solutions, particularly those involving document imaging and data management.
- Develop and maintain scripts or small applications using SQL and C# to support imaging systems and related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications, databases, and document imaging systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and provide technical support and training.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, and user guides.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate document imaging systems with other enterprise applications.
Position Specifications and QualificationsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Proficiency with SQL (e.g., writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). Proficiency in C# for application development and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with other programming languages or technologies is a plus.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Experience integrating document imaging systems with other software systems.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments and IIS.
- Familiarity with REST APIs using C#.
