JobPurpose
The Software Applications Engineer& IATFInternwill Design, Build, Configure and Maintain end-to-endMicrosoft Solution Products,CustomApps,PowerBIReports andOther SoftwareSystems needed to support critical business processes and strategieswith a special focus on ISO/IATFComplianceRelatedSystems.
KeyResponsibilities
Design,Build, configure andmaintainend-to-end customapps and systems in Power Platform solutions (especially model-driven/canvas PowerApps) needed to support critical business processes and strategieswith a special focus on ISO/IATFComplianceRelatedSystems.
Employ a variety of datamodelingtechniques to create, update, and manage Power BI dashboards to deliver insightful, actionable analytics that drive organizational decision-making and enhance program and organization operations.
Design andmaintainautomated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Identifyareas and processes where Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint can be betterleveragedand facilitate process improvement.
Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work tointernalcustomers, team leads and team members.
Assistin administering andmaintainingtheQualityManagementSystem, includingDocumentControl,Record-KeepingandSystemUpdates.
Conduct thorough assessments of processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO/IATF and other quality standards.
Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
Multi-task effectively between projects.
Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit and integration testing.
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends.
Perform other IT, IATF/ISO & Quality related tasks as needed.
Respect andcomply withworkplace safety and cleanliness rules.
Whatwe’relooking for
PursuingBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Proficient in MicrosoftSharepoint& Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
Basic knowledge of IATF/ISO and/or other relevant quality standards preferred.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Ability to work with others and independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to grow in knowledge base.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, prioritize multiple projects, work under tightdeadlinesand handle changing priorities.
