The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for Software Engineers to help build the platform that powers Adobe Experience Platform’s Generative AI capabilities. Partnering with other business units, you will be building products that transform the way companies approach audience creation, journey optimization, and personalization at scale. You will join a diverse, lively group of engineers and scientists longestablishedinthe MLspace. The work is dynamic, fast-paced, creative,collaborativeand data-driven.
Whatyou'llDo
Designand buildsolutions to implement functionality across multiple services and teams.
Designand buildsolutions for comprehensive monitoring and alerting of anomalies.
Designhighly availableservices that scale horizontally
Participating in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, unit/integration/end-to-end testing, refactoring, bug fixing, and documentation
Working in multi-functional teams to ensuretimelydelivery of high-quality product features
Help build fast prototyping of ideas and concepts
Experiment with upcoming technologies in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent experience in the field.
3+ years ofsoftware developmentexperience
Proficiencywith Java/Python.
Experience using Relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL datastores (Redis,ElasticSearch, Snowflake) along with data access patterns and strategies.
Experience in designing and building micro services and RESTful services.
Familiarity with cloud development on Azure/AWS
Ability todemonstratea high levelof ownership for the entire SDLC, includingdesigning, building,testing,deploying, and supportingproductionmicroservices in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems usingappropriate toolsand techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Be a self-starter requiring minimal direction withabilityto learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
