Discover a place where wonder, adventure and relaxation meet. Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. 72 room luxury Resort with amenities that include lodging, dining, UTV and Jeep tours, horseback riding, & full service spa.

Our Resort Spa Manager provides direction and leadership to Spa Staff. Responsible for Spa retail orders/inventory, and monitoring spa facilities ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. Observes activity offering assistance and instruction to guests/visitors.

Maintain and adhere to State guidelines

Responsible for Spa departmental and administrative duties

Ensure spa staff is knowledgeable on all pertinent spa and hotel information

Familiar with resort spa packages, promotions, prices and rates

Maintain storeroom pars and monitor requisition

Monitor/perform opening and/or closing procedures, schedule guest appointments

Greet guests, verify medical releases from guests with applicable medical conditions

Sell Spa merchandise

Maintain clean, tidy locker rooms, jacuzzi's, saunas

Assist spa service team in treatment rooms

Spa laundry/linens

Other duties as reasonably required

Salaried position $60,000-$70,000/year

Requirements

1-3 Years Work in Spa

Strong and effective communicator

Professional presentation

Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position

Previous guest relations training

Experience with computer systems, scheduling
