- Position Summary:
The Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist supports in-store and online sales by ensuring accurate, timely, and complete product data is set up and maintained across Oatey's PIM system and customer portals. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and external retail/wholesale partners to manage new item launches, maintain existing product information, and optimize product content to meet customer and channel requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all aspects of the new item setup and ongoing product maintenance workflow within Oatey's PIM system and customer portals
Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of product data by working cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product, Channel, Engineering, Compliance, and Brand teams
Collaborate with internal and external partners to prioritize and execute product content updates based on launch timelines, item readiness, and business priorities, while aligning with corporate and channel strategies
Build and maintain strong working relationships with online and retail partner teams to proactively identify, communicate, and resolve product data or content issues in real time
Leverage data, reporting, and analysis to ensure SKUs are optimized for search, visibility, and conversion, and meet or exceed content standards for assigned retailers and platforms
Manage requests for product information and reporting across customer portals
Implement process efficiencies to streamline content distribution among various customers and systems
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Experience:
3 years of relevant experience preferred
Written Communication Skills
Project Management & Organizational skills
Understanding of Catalogs / Taxonomy
Ability to learn software and programs
Basic understanding of search engine optimization
Experience exporting data from PIM tools
Excel Formulas (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience using Syndigo/Edgnet/Salsify is a plus, but not required
Education and Certification:
Associate's degree in marketing, communications or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience is required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other related field, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred

Compensation Range for the Position:
$46,633.00 - $59,457.00 - $72,281.00 USD
Target Cash Profit Sharing for the Position:
5.00%
Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
