Job Description

In Short:

As the Specialist- Integrations, you will own the precision and reliability of mission-critical data flows between On's internal systems and our third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Reporting to the Lead- Integrations on the AMER Technology Team, your role is to deliver rapid, high-quality solutions to integration issues, ensuring smooth data accuracy and operational excellence for our North American market. You will apply analytical thinking and cross-functional agility to not only resolve immediate issues but also contribute to the continuous improvement of established processes.

Your Mission:

  • Own the end-to-end process for troubleshooting, investigating, and triaging issues related to integrations between On and external partners
  • Proactively monitor integration performance, conduct regular audits, and implement necessary corrections to ensure high data accuracy and system reliability
  • Serve as the primary operational partner and communicator, facilitating quick root-cause identification and resolution with the Integrations Analyst, Integrations Product Manager, Engineering, and Logistics teams
  • Support the implementation of integration solutions by aligning technical requirements, data formats, and business rules across internal systems and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and share new knowledge to improve effectiveness
  • Partner with internal and external teams on meticulous testing and validation to ensure seamless, high-quality data flow for new initiatives and rollouts

Your Story:

  • You bring a foundation of functional experience in technical support, data integration, or systems analysis, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed global business

  • Demonstrated experience working with integration tools such as Workflows, API, or RPA to automate processes or troubleshoot data exchange

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytical thinking to break down complex data and technical issues, diagnose root causes, and resolve them systematically with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

  • Experience working with a database and writing queries, with a preference for SQL Azure, to access, analyze, and manipulate data for troubleshooting and reporting

  • You embody the key behavior of Growth mindset by happily stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle unfamiliar technical tasks and trying out different approaches learned from both successes and failures

  • Exceptional influential communication and presentation skills, effectively tailoring messages and articulating complex ideas to technical and non-technical peers and leaders across the organization
