Job Description
Spray Technician
Reports to: Spray Supervisor
Supervises: N/A
Responsibilities
- Applies fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide and fungicide treatments
- Responsible for the safe and compliant storage of chemicals and related materials
- Operate ride-on power spreaders, spreaders, sprayers, various other landscaping equipment
- Snow Removal, including snow plowing and shoveling in the winter months
- Performs other duties as required
Education/ Experience
- Ability to obtain: Kansas Pesticide Applicator’s License(s) – General, 3A (Ornamental), 3B (Turf Pest)
- 1-2 years landscape experience
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Basic plant knowledge
- Excels in Customer Service
- Good Driving Record
- Ability to lift 80lbs
- Attention to detail
