Work Period: February 2026 to May 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 20 hour/week position in Needham, MA. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: As a Project Management Intern, CGI, you will support our project managers in coordinating CGI and retouching workflows within a large scale production environment. This is a great opportunity to join a high-volume team and gain hands on experience learning how creative assets are produced, managed, and delivered at scale.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:

  • Manage creative assets and files, ensuring proper naming, storage, and coordination between internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Track and organize projects in Wrike, our project management software
  • Communicate with CGI Artists, Retouchers, and other creative teams to help keep projects on schedule
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support project managers in coordinating CGI and retouching workflows

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Education: Current student in a bachelor's or master's program
  • Must be able to work a part-time 20 hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest and/or familiarity with CGI, retouching, or creative production is preferred
  • Basic understanding of Photoshop and file management
  • Experience with Cinema 4D or AI tools is a bonus.
