Job Description
Work Period: January 2026 through June 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from $25/hr - $34/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early talent strategy, full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and program development, all while making a tangible impact on the next generation of SharkNinjas. As a key member of the Talent Access team, you'll gain firsthand experience in early talent strategy, full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and hiring operations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to help drive initiatives that attract, engage, and hire top talent across SharkNinja. From supporting interview coordination to building campus relationships and crafting compelling candidate content, this is an opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process in a company that's rarely satisfied. Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Contribute to full-cycle recruiting efforts for interns and co-ops, including job postings, resume reviews, interview coordination, and candidate communications
- Support SharkNinja's Early Talent recruitment strategy by planning and attending campus events, building university partnerships, and managing candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with our Employer Branding and Marketing teams to create engaging content that promotes our programs and culture across digital and campus channels
- Assist with program design and delivery for interns and co-ops, including welcome activities, engagement events, and visibility opportunities
- Research best practices and trends in early talent recruitment, diversity outreach, and intern engagement, and present insights to the team
- Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external events for candidates, interns, and hiring managers
- Track recruiting metrics and candidate engagement data to inform strategy and improve efficiency
- Share feedback and ideas to help continuously improve our recruitment and program experience
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
- Education: Must be currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral program, or have graduated within the past year
- Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Excellent visual communication skills with strong attention to detail and design, and the ability to tell data-driven stories visually
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity utilizing tools such as Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
- Experienced at planning and executing events
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for early career recruitment, employer branding, and helping others grow professionally
- Prior student leadership experience preferred, including peer mentorship, orientation leadership, admissions, or student ambassador roles
