Spring/Summer 2026 Sales Ambassador

What you get to do:

You can't put a price on happiness. But you can help people bring home a wonderful reminder of one of the best times of their lives. As a Sales Ambassador, you'll deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your "bottom line" will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations. Please note: As a Sales Ambassador, there will be opportunities to work both inside and outside at various retail/revenue locations.

You will:

• Enthusiastically greet and interact with all guests
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues
• Assist guests with accurate product information
• Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
• Focus on up-selling and increasing sales while meeting guests' needs
• Operate cash register, and accurately process cash and credit transactions
• Minimize losses due to damage or theft
• Perform stock duties and maintain merchandise counters and displays
• Keep all assigned areas clean
• Practice safe work habits including the use of ladders and proper lifting techniques

What it takes to succeed:

• At least 15 years old
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• A passion for customer service
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Ability to accurately handle cash, and learn and use the point-of-sale system
• Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
• Ability to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment
• Flexibility to perform varied duties
