Senior Front-Line Leader – Powder Filling
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Senior Front Line Leader to oversee multi-shift operations and lead a team of Front Line Leaders in delivering high-quality products. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On
- Lead and mentor Front Line Leaders across multiple shifts to ensure consistent performance and alignment with operational goals.
- Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system in compliance with company policies and global regulatory standards.
- Champion product quality and regulatory compliance, including FDA – 21 CFR and international requirements for Infant Formula.
- Drive financial performance through cost management, budget oversight, and key performance indicators (OEE, labor, downtime, units per hour, CIP, material usage).
- Develop and execute plans to improve line performance and quality metrics using continuous improvement methodologies.
- Promote operator engagement in cost and performance management.
- Supervise staffing activities, training, and performance management for manufacturing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Experience in project planning and execution.
Strong understanding of process control and continuous improvement practices
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment.
Experience utilizing project planning and execution tools.
Knowledge of FDA – 21 CFR and other regulatory requirements for Infant Formula
