About The Team And The Role
At eBay, we're shaping the future of work by creating spaces where people can connect, innovate, and thrive! We're looking for a Senior Manager, Global Real Estate Transactions to lead critical deals across our global portfolio.
In this role, you'll execute real estate transactions end-to-end-from negotiating leases to managing renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. You'll partner directly with business leaders, be responsible for external vendors, and work closely with Design and Construction to deliver spaces that support both our people and our business. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings expertise, independence, and an ownership mindset.

What You Will Do
Negotiate leases and drive key transactions, including renewals, expansions, and exits.
Manage brokers and external vendors, ensuring strong performance.
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, understanding and delivering on their needs.
Collaborate with Design, Construction, Finance, and Legal to deliver projects that meet business goals.
Analyze deals, financial models, and lease terms to support informed decisions.
Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
What You Bring
5-7 years of corporate real estate or brokerage experience.
Strong knowledge of lease structures, negotiation, and legal language.
Proven ability to manage vendors and execute transactions independently.
Solid financial and analytical skills, including real estate accounting and modeling.
Clear communication skills and the ability to influence across teams.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$150,400 - $200,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
