  • Support Procurement and Logistics: Coordinate delivery and installation of owner-furnished contractor installed equipment (OFCI) such as UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear and other materials to avoid impacts to the construction schedule.
  • Cost and Change Control: Provide input on pay application reviews, change orders, and budget tracking to support accurate cost control and forecasting.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain close communication with Galaxy's internal teams including design, engineering, construction, operations, and security to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement Lean and Prefab Strategies: Support Galaxy's initiatives around modularization, prefabrication, and LEAN delivery methods to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
  • Ensure Regulatory and Code Compliance: Work with local authorities, inspectors, and consultants to ensure all construction activities meet applicable codes and regulatory requirements..
