Job Description Summary
The Sr. Director, Imaging Planning Operations will be responsible for leading Planning & Execution of Accessories across the Imaging organization. This leader will act as single point of contact for leading planning, fulfillment and Inventory management of accessories across Imaging Business. Build a culture of continuous improvement for operation and ensure on-time delivery to align with customer expectations. The role is integral part of Imaging Supply Chain and works closely with Segments, Region, and Finance teams Leading Inventory management to meet business Inventory target.

Key responsibilities include:
The Sr. Director, Imaging Planning Operations lead the extended organization responsible for delivering outcomes and operational plans for Accessories across Imaging:
Drive fulfillment, fulfillment op mechs, and risk escalation / resolution supporting revenue and On time delivery of accessories
Leading the operating rhythm across the Imaging business for all Accessories (A&S, PFS, iCats) and functional teams, including product management, Sourcing, fulfillment & logistics
Execute IBP for A&S on monthly basis. Drive improved forecast accuracy, improve inventory turns, reduce aged inventory, meet operating plan
Driving process and tool improvements. Integrate reporting and key insights across Accessories, in order to provide a clear picture of operational execution.
Embed Lean principles into Accessories execution management. Launch problem-solving reports (PSRs) to address gaps in KPIs, Drive project execution to meet targets.
Acts as pivot between Operational, finance and product teams to drive synchronized approach for driving inventory turn improvement for Imaging
Responsible for facilitating roadmap discussions for inventory initiatives. Work with segments to create roadmap
Help establish global KPI's and partner with process owners to set annual targets
Continuing to develop a world class organization by Leading, mentoring and coaching team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years supply chain or operations experience or HS Diploma and 12 years supply chain experience or operations experience.
4-6 years Inventory Management experience/2-4 years Material Management experience
Proven ability to influence, drive and manage change in a matrix environment
Demonstrated process analytical and improvement skills
Ability to understand a functional need and translate a technical requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Master's degree. XLP, CAS, OMDP or other leadership program graduate
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or APICS / other supply chain certification
Working knowledge of GE Healthcare inventory policies/ inventory generating processes, Including planning and execution
Oracle ERP/Planning system experience; eOM, MyOrders knowledge
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and Global mindset
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
