Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will lead GTM marketing performance measurement, drive analysis and insights, and ensure accurate tracking of key GTM metrics. You will provide actionable recommendations that drive business growth while managing and developing a small team. This position requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver impact‑level marketing measurement and executive reporting that clarifies marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.

  • Analyze Datasite's GTM marketing performance across regions, segments, channels, products, and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, elevating analytical quality, stakeholder partnership, documentation, and best practices across the organization.

  • Drive a deep understanding of our funnel: where leads originate, how they convert, and which marketing activities most effectively source and influence opportunities.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable narratives.

  • Conduct deep‑dive marketing analyses to derive actionable insights and make data‑driven recommendations for improving marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline (Master's preferred).

  • 7-10 years in marketing analytics, with 3+ years directly leading analysts.

  • Demonstrated mastery of SQL is a must. Proficiency in Python or R for advanced statistical modeling and data manipulation.

  • Proficiency in visualization tools (Datorama, CRMA, Power BI) to turn complex data into visual stories.

  • Deep experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Pardot, and GA4; strong understanding of B2B data and metrics.

  • Fluency with BI/visualization (Datorama/Marketing Cloud Intelligence, CRMA/Tableau CRM, Tableau, or Power BI) to produce narrative dashboards.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in B2B SaaS or tech‑enabled services.

  • Experience with Data Cloud / Data 360 or equivalent CDP

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus) and intent data.

Work Location & Flexibility

This position is based in our Minneapolis office and follows a hybrid work model. Employees in this locations work on-site a minimum of two days per week.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
