A Day in the Life:

As the Senior Director of Go To Market at Monster Energy Company, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the dynamic energy category to enhance our market share and drive operating income. Your role will involve leveraging advanced data analytics to identify strategic opportunities that boost both market share and operating income across our diverse portfolio of powerhouse brands. By developing and implementing strategic plans, you'll ensure our products are delivered effectively to target markets, driving revenue and solidifying Monster Energy's status as a leader in the industry.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Project ownership of key workstreams that support enterprise-wide cross-functional collaboration across departments to convert key category and brand insights into actions that enhance brand equity and company financial health
  • Streamline internal Go-To-Market efficiencies to enhance Operating Income by evaluating and sizing opportunities, and providing and implementing solutions and processes across all departments
  • Analyze and facilitate framework for brand category positioning to include category dynamics, financial health and consumer trends
  • Identify industry and macro-economic trends impacting category and portfolio performance and lead processes to adapt to financial risks and opportunities through interdepartmental alignment
  • Maintain cadences with Finance and Operations to bridge key Commercial opportunities across departments and assess, action against internal risks and opportunities
  • Develop organizational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) annually and methods for tracking, communicating, and maintain accountability across departments

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Business, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or a related field
  • Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales or Category Management
  • Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Finance, financial planning, forecasting and market analysis
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools and syndicated data sources
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong understanding of category dynamics, competitive set, and a 3-tier distribution system
  • Highly analytical and proficient in syndicated and internal data sets (Nielsen, Eversight, etc.)
  • Experience identifying opportunities through analytics that can be actioned enterprise wide
  • Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $140,250-$187,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
