Love creating unforgettable food experiences? As our Senior Catering Coordinator, you'll be the mastermind behind smooth, seamless events that wow our guests. From coordinating setup and service to making sure everything looks and tastes amazing, you'll keep the show running. You'll also guide and train team members, ensuring everyone is set up for success while keeping standards high. With your leadership, attention to detail, and hospitality skills, every event feels first-class-especially for our executives and VIP guests.
What You'll Do
Coordinate event setup, delivery, and food service with style and efficiency.
Provide direction and support to catering staff during events.
Train and mentor team members to help them shine.
Keep work areas sparkling clean and organized.
Deliver excellent service to all guests, especially executives and high-profile clients.
Ensure everything is done safely and by the book when it comes to food handling.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of post-secondary training in food management, catering, or related field.
Experience training or leading a team.
Experience providing top-notch service to executives and VIP guests.
Current Food Handler's Permit (Kansas City, Independence, Jackson County, or Clay County) or ability to get one within 30 days.
Basic computer/data entry skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
ServSafe Certification.
