Meet the Team

Define Dexcom’s EHR integration and embedded experience strategy, ensuring healthcare providers can access CGM data within their native workflows. Drive global initiatives to deliver seamless, compliant, and scalable solutions that improve clinical efficiency and expand Dexcom’s reach across care settings.

Where you come in:

  • Define and manage the roadmap for global EHR integrations and embedded clinical experiences.

  • Guidethe development and execution of high-quality, valuable, pain-point reducingEHR integration solutions, partnering with the DataInteroperabilitySolutionsteam fortechnicaldesignand development.

  • Collaborate with Commercial Platform & Services to deliver shared modules (e.g., reporting, personalization, workflow engines).

  • Work closely with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Marketing teams to support adoption and market readiness.

  • Align embedded experiences with provider journey outcomes, Dexcom’s strategic goals, and partner strategies within the same vertical.

  • Establish credibility with customer-facing teams and collaborate globally (including EMEA, APAC, LATAM) to ensure solutions meet local needs.

What makes you successful:

  • Partner with Data Interoperability Solutions to define product requirements, integration workflows, customer journeys, and EHR-integrated workflow designs.

  • Partner with the Data Interoperability Solutions team todesignand deliver EHR-integrated workflows for CGM prescription, care coordination, data access, and interpretation.

  • Validate clinical utility and usability with provider-facing teams and Data Interoperability Solutions.

  • Track integration performance andproviderfeedback to guide roadmap evolution.

  • Support embedded experiences across Dexcom and third-party platforms.

  • Collaborate with Legal Affairs to reduce friction associated with FHIR API agreements.

  • Engage with Medical Affairs to ensure solutions are valuable andviablefor clinical use.

Interfaces & Collaboration

  • Collaborates with Data Interoperability Solutions, Provider GPM, Commercial Platform & Services, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams.

Success Measures

  • Increased provider adoption of EHR-integrated CGM workflows.

  • Reduced time to intervention and improved clinical efficiency.

  • High reliability and compliance across integration pathways.

  • Increased patient throughput and reduced initiation-to-setup times.

  • Expanded reach of Dexcom data across care settings and platforms.

Strongly Preferred skills:

  • Experience working within or alongside regulated product development processes (e.g., FDA, CE, ISO 13485)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across clinical, technical, and design teams

  • Ability to balance user needs, clinical requirements, and business goals in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, and product analytics platforms is a plus

  • Real world experience with major EHR systems

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience, preferably in regulated medical technology

  • 5-10 years of Product Management experience

  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.

  • Practical knowledge of health data interoperability and 3 - 5 years of experience with integrations of medical device data in EHR systems, with focus on ambulatory workflows. Technology, EHR systems, and interoperability. 

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
