  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design to define and deliver capabilities that make getting data in and out of Zocdoc seamless, reliable, and self-serve.
  • Own the development of large-scale APIs and sync infrastructure that power EHR integrations, internal product use cases, and third-party developer experiences.
  • Lead the creation of in-product management tools for integration setup, monitoring, and control that leads to scalable enterprise onboarding
  • Shape the external platform, including developer onboarding, API documentation, and incentives for EHR partners to adopt and activate integrations.
  • Lead a strategy for how data surfaced via EHR connectivity into durable services and APIs that power new products and internal analytics, while meeting consent and compliance standards.
  • Manage a clear intake and prioritization process for cross-functional integration requests, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and accelerating time to impact.
  • Identify and drive net-new innovation opportunities, from AI-assisted workflows to novel integration strategies that keep Zocdoc ahead of the healthcare tech curve.

You'll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform development, enterprise SaaS, or API-centric environments.
  • A strong track record of launching technical products in collaboration with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
  • Proven ability to design or influence onboarding and activation experiences that drive adoption and conversion.
  • A strategic mindset that balances long-term vision with iterative delivery, and an ability to clearly communicate product direction to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort discussing the full technical stack, from backend services and data pipelines to developer-facing APIs and customer-facing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to dive deep with engineers while storytelling effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards or a strong curiosity to learn and challenge outdated healthcare integration norms.
