As one of the first platform engineers, you’ll help define, architect, and build the systems that make everything possible. Cognitive agents, context graphs, observability, developer tools—this is zero-to-one, high-ownership work with massive technical depth. You'll be hands-on in setting the technical direction, making foundational choices, and scaling the infrastructure that real-world AI deployments depend on.
What You’ll Tackle:
- Architect and build core platform components—structured context graphs, observability layers, tagging and discovery systems.
- Design scalable APIs and frameworks that drive AI-powered workflows across multiple industries.
- Build bi-directional Git integrations and interfaces that make developer and non-technical user workflows seamless.
- Own platform infrastructure decisions end-to-end—from strategic design to hands-on implementation.
- Collaborate across backend, product, and AI engineering teams to launch high-quality systems fast.

$180,000 - $240,000 a year
Compensation is salary range above + meaningful equity in an early-stage venture-backed startup, commensurate with level of experience.
