Job Description Summary

The Supply Chain Analytics Team is responsible for over 500 tableau dashboards and several other analytics solutions supporting GE Gas Power. In this role the primary products of responsibility is the Supply Chain Finance Analytics portfolio including the Supply Chain Finance 360 SOX application. This role will interface directly with Supply Chain Finance Executive Leadership. This position will work in lockstep with analytics product management, functional executive stakeholders, and data architecture teams acting as a product manager for supply chain finance domain to create a clear strategic direction that will be delivered by the product development team. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and deliver product features and functions by balancing user needs with business strategy, while minimizing defects and technical debt. This role will also be accountable for ensuring smooth monthly closing activities & resolution of defects within SLA.This team operates following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and the product manager will be responsible for collecting the inputs necessary to plan a successful PI each quarter. This role is also accountable for ensuring timely submission of SOX evidences and working with both internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance of our solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:• Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.• Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.• Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and significant products.• Possesses a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.• Routinely collaborates with UX in design decisions. Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.• Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.• Owns the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.• Owns and manages the backlog; continuously orders and prioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.• Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.• Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.• Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.• Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.• Partners with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.• Mentors junior team members.

• Maintains SOX compliance and works in lock step with internal and external auditing teams• Expert in Agile Methodology.

Education Qualification

For roles outside USA:

Bachelor's Degree in with advanced experience.

For roles in USA: Bachelor's Degree in with minimum years of experience: 2+ years

Leadership Program Graduate Preferred.

Desired Characteristics

Technical Expertise:

Strong Business Analysis skills and ability to translate requirements into features and user stories
Experience working in Agile / SAFE team and with technologies like Tableau and Data Lake (Databricks, Greenplum, SQL)
Expert proficiency in tools like ADO, SmartSheet, Miro, Excel, etc.
Phenomenal communication and presentation skills w/ ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Business Acumen:

Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technologies and approaches to solving problems
Skilled in breaking down problems and estimating efforts
•Basic understanding of financials & finance concepts, especially related to supply chain
Has the ability to propose, analyze impact and recommend appropriate technology choices

Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to actively participate in buy vs build recommendations, drive market timing decisions and scope of MVPs

Ability to take ownership of the product and stakeholder relationships to drive regular feature releases
Delivers while mentoring and helping junior team members
Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale
Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy
Makes suggestions to course correct or escalates appropriately
Continuously measures deliverables of self and team against commitments
Effectively balances multiple, different and/or competing objectives

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $102,200.00 and $170,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
