Job Description

Allina Health Restorative Suitesis hiring a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting. We offer a collaborative culture, opportunities to grow your career and much more!As the Staffing Coordinator at Allina Health Restorative Suites you will play a key part in supporting our nursing team by managing daily and long-term schedules, coordinating shift coverage, and ensuring adequate staffing for quality resident care. Position Type: Full-Time, benefits eligible positionShifts Available:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWage Range: $27 - $31 / hour depending on experienceStaffing Coordinator responsibilities:

Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department.
Interview candidates for open CNA positions.
Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees.
Track continuing educational programs for staff.
Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours.
Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
Stock memory care units and care suites with supplies each week.
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Staffing Coordinator skills and requirements:

1-2 years prior staffing/scheduling experience highly preferred.
Must have flexibility in scheduling including on-call hours.
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Excellent customer service skills.
