DESCRIPTION: The Steward/Dishwasher supports the Food and Beverage and Culinary Team by ensuring that the dishes are washed and sanitized consistent with health guidelines, and the kitchen/dining areas are maintained consistent with the standard of excellence guests come to expect from Snake River Sporting Club.

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
• Ensure all areas are free from debris and hazards.
• Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
• Maintain cleanliness in trash disposal areas.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Safely operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
