About the Role:
The Store Manager is the operational and cultural leader of the store, responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and safeguarding brand standards in a location with high public exposure. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate under heightened scrutiny, as the store often serves as a benchmark for the company's performance as a model store.
Responsibilities Include:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning in a high-traffic environment. Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Monitor inventory flow, product quality, and visual merchandising to meet corporate and guest expectations. Train and develop talent to achieve a high performance, guest centric culture. Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews and ensure accountability throughout.
- Sales & Financial Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability goals and productivity metrics. Analyze financial reports and KPIs used to identify opportunities and successes. Cost control through effective time management & inventory controls.
- Guest Experience and Brand Standards: Serve as the face of the store to the community. Ensure the guest experience is at a high level during all day parts including peak times. Productively handle guest concerns to protect the Brands reputation. Build relationships with other business partners. Participate in community events
About The Pay:
- Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 Annually

- Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
About You:
- 5+ years of retail or hospitality management experience, preferably in a flagship or high-volume environment.
- Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong financial acumen and business analysis skills.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
