Job Description
The Store Systems Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting Store Operations on back-office systems training and use as needed for existing and new store openings. Will work with store personnel to verify systems are configured as required to streamline operations and maximize profit. This requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of store operations and store systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and systems, possess analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Operations, IT, Accounting etc
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning and Configuration for Conversions to:
- SAP CAR / S4HANA
- Data Central
- POS (TCPOS)
- JDA WFM
- Platform/Store Conversion Duties to include:
- Assist staff and management training prior
- Provide onsite go live support at conversion
- Provide ongoing / post-conversion support
- Assist Data Centra administration and operations
- Assist SAP administration and operations
- Assist with researching and developing critical paths for projects
- Develop creative solutions for process gaps
- Attend all required internal project meetings
- Technology Implementation & Enhancements
SAP CAR / S4HANA:
- Assist with discovery, implementation, roll-out and continued support
TCPOS:
- Assist with discovery, database build, staff training, go live support
JDA WFM:
- Assist the discovery, roll-out and implementation
- Responsible for operational, store systems support and process improvement on existing,, new store openings and store closing processes. This will include the following
- Staff Training: Develop and implement training programs and procedure to enhance staff skills etc.
- Daily Operations such as:
- Inventory Management: Overseeing and supporting in the inventory, ordering supplies, waste processes among others
- Menu Management: Collaborate with Chefs and Culinary teams to develop and update menus, pricing processes among others.
- Shift Management: Collaborate with Store Operations to oversee shift schedules, staffing levels, and labor costs processes
- Etc.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a good understanding of restaurant operations and processes
- Back-office software database administration experience required
- SAP experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with both corporate and field resources
- Ability to travel as needed
- Excellent data analysis skills. Analyze sales and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities for efficiency, and system optimization initiatives
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Travel up to 35%
