Job Description
Subaru Stamford is looking for a volume minded Sales Manager / Desk Manger or GSM to help lead our seasoned Sales team get to the next level as we strive to sell over 100 + new Subarus every month. Prior experience in one of these roles is important. We expect our Sales management to be in touch with every customer opportunity that we have. Appraising customer trades is a part of this opportunity. Must understand the importance of mining our customer base to help increase volume. We are a Gold Level Retailer for Subaru's coveted Customer & Community Award and these values must be shared with our ideal candidate as we strive for this Award annually.
Primary focus will be on sales volume, sales team training and hitting objectives in volume, gross and Net Promoter Scores. In addition, will keep the sales team compliant on training and all goals Subaru sets forth. Strong compensation package which will include Manufacturer / Distributor programs and contests. You will be walking into a ready made store with a proven success record over the past 20 years. We are looking for stability and performance, first and foremost.
